Activities
The badminton court, swimming pool, table tennis table, climbing frame, and yoga platform are open for all guests to use. A selection of old mountain bikes are available for guests to explore local tracks and villages, however we recommend that keen cyclists bring their own.
Animals
We welcome pets at Domaine Richot but we always request that owners are meticulous about cleaning up after them in the gardens and grounds, always mindful of future guests. We also request that owners are mindful not to let pets in the bedrooms or on the sofas.
We charge a small amount of £20 per dog to cover the extra cleaning often required.
Cycling groups
We can host cycling groups of up to 8. Tim is a keen cyclist and has been riding the superbly quiet and picturesque roads of the Haute Marne for 20 years. He can recommend good routes via Strava or indeed host and lead a group if you prefer. Please enquire for further information!
Restaurants
We can recommend several good restaurants in the area, as well as an excellent local craft beer brewery and numerous vineyards where you can taste the fabulous Burgundy ‘Crémant’ which is on par with the best Champagne.
Domaine Richot is an excellent base from which to discover the natural, culinary, and cultural delights of Eastern France.
